Monday Night Football features a thrilling Wild Card showdown between the Los Angeles Rams and the Minnesota Vikings. Although the Rams are the designated home team, the game will be played in Glendale, Ariz., after being relocated due to the wildfires in Los Angeles. These teams faced off earlier this season, with the Rams coming out on top, 30-20. The Vikings will be looking for revenge — and a spot in the divisional round. With that in mind, let’s take a look at a pair of props for this matchup with my two favorite NFL Underdog Fantasy pick’em predictions for the game

Justin Jefferson H/L Than 87.5 Receiving Yards
Not that he needs extra motivation in a playoff environment, but after last week’s performance, Justin Jefferson should be more determined than ever. He and quarterback Sam Darnold were completely out of sync last week in Detroit. Granted, most of the blame appeared to fall on Darnold. Jefferson was targeted nine times but managed to haul in just three receptions for 54 yards.
This matchup presents a fantastic bounce-back opportunity against a Los Angeles Rams pass defense that ranks 28th in dropback EPA per play and 27th in yards per completion allowed (10.7).
In their first meeting earlier this season, Jefferson caught eight of nine targets for 115 yards. It’s imperative that Darnold gets his best player involved early and often in what is the Vikings’ most important game of the year.
Stokastic’s industry-leading NFL DFS projections forecast Jefferson for 98 yards on seven receptions. I believe he’ll remind everyone tonight why he’s one of the best — if not the best — receiver in the NFL.
Underdog Fantasy Pick’em Prediction: Justin Jefferson Higher Than 87.5 Receiving Yards
Tyler Higbee H/L Than 2.5 Receptions
This past year has been tough for the Rams’ veteran tight end Tyler Higbee. During last season’s playoff game against the Detroit Lions, Higbee tore both his ACL and MCL. He underwent surgery to repair both ligaments and later had shoulder surgery seven weeks after his initial procedure. Higbee didn’t return to practice until late November.
He finally made his return to the field on Dec. 22 in a road game against the New York Jets. This season, he’s appeared in three games, recording eight receptions on 12 targets for 66 yards and two touchdowns. His impact could be further elevated against a Minnesota Vikings defense that has allowed opposing tight ends an average of 5.2 receptions and 52 receiving yards per game.
Stokastic’s NFL DFS projections have Higbee catching three passes for 27 yards. In this playoff atmosphere, I expect Matthew Stafford to lean on one of his more experienced receiving weapons, especially given the Vikings’ vulnerability against tight ends.
