Browns-Texans Lock Prediction: Brown Moneyline -130

I can’t believe I’m backing a guy I thought was an absolute corpse, but here I am putting my hard-earned American dollars on him. That’s right. I’m backing the Joe Flacco-led Cleveland Browns to beat the Houston Texans in this Wild Card Playoff game.

Go ahead. Ask me how good I feel about it.

Spoiler: I feel pretty darn good about it. Despite them being on the road.

You could make a case that the Cleveland Browns have the best defense in the NFL. But without a doubt, it’s a top-3 unit. So while I’m backing the Browns here, it’s more of a play on this defense getting a rookie quarterback in his first playoff game.

There have only been 11 rookie quarterbacks to win their playoff debut — ironically, Flacco was one of them.

The OddsShopper Prop Tool has the Browns moneyline projected to win 55% of the time, and when we’re working to turn our BetMGM bonus bets into withdrawable funds, this looks like one of the best bets we can make on this Browns-Texans game.

New users at BetMGM can take advantage of this brand-new BetMGM bonus code to unlock $158 in bonus bets! You’ll receive three bonus bets, two for $50 and one for $58, to use within the promotion period. If you’re already registered at BetMGM, you’ll have to sit this deal out — but we have a litany of other special offers for your betting pleasure both above and below!

Browns-Texans Bonus Bet: David Njoku Anytime Touchdown

This is no secret. David Njoku is one of Joe Flacco’s favorite targets — not only in the middle of the field, but especially around the goal line.

In four games with Flacco under center, Njoku has FOUR touchdowns. And he likely should’ve had AT LEAST one in that game against the Jets, especially with him having multiple receptions for close to 40 yards.

While the Texans have been decent defending tight ends near the end zone, they have given up 6.29 receptions per game to opposing tight ends — most in the NFL.

We know Flacco is going to chuck, and we’re going to fire up one of his favorite touchdown targets.
