Patrick Kane Trade Odds: Who is Favored to Land the Veteran Star?
Check out the latest Patrick Kane next team odds, per DraftKings.
The "field" category is currently leading the way when sorting through the Patrick Kane next team odds, but that team may very well end up being the New York Rangers. Kane has a full no-trade clause in his contract and the Hawks front office is content with letting him decide his fate. Kane admitted disappointment when New York acquired wing Vladimir Tarasenko last week.
“It’s not like the happiest I’ve been to hear about a trade,” Kane said, per NBC Sports Chicago. “I think the Rangers are a team that you definitely pay attention to and definitely are intrigued by, for obvious reasons.”
“If things were going to happen, that was a team I was definitely looking at,” he added. “It seems like they kind of filled their void and went ahead and made a deal, so it is what it is.”
Kane had been dealing with a hip issue earlier in the season that was rumored to have long-term ramifications, but that certainly doesn't appear to be hindering his level of play this season. The American-born star has been lighting up the score sheet of late, scoring seven goals in his past four games, including netting two in a comeback win over the Las Vegas Golden Knights on Wednesday night.
The NHL Trade Deadline buzz will remain centered around Kane's decision until we reach a conclusion. But based on the latest Patrick Kane trade odds, it is more likely than not that we'll be seeing him in another team's sweater for the first time since he was drafted by the Blackhawks in 2007.
