Rahm has stayed busy since he won the Masters, but has not added any more hardware to his packed trophy case. The Spanish star finished T15 at the RBC Heritage before finishing runner-up to Tony Finau at the Mexico Open last month. The Masters was the second major for Rahm, who will now look to add the PGA Championship to his list of career accolades as he continues to hunt down the career grand slam.

“Not that much more,” Rahm said Tuesday ahead of the PGA Championship when asked how much he’s been thinking about the Grand Slam after his Masters triumph, per Golf Channel. “Obviously, if I were to win this week or the Open Championship, it really becomes a true reality, but winning two majors is not easy, and picking which ones you win is a little ludicrous to think about.”

Rahm’s levelheaded response about the Grand Slam shows his current mindset is just about winning as many golf tournaments as he can, but he will certainly have some great competition when trying to stay hot at Oak Hill Country Club this weekend.

Oak Hill presents an interesting test for all PGA competitors. The roughs are thick, the bunkers are deep and the greens firm. Moreover, the weather forecast calls for some chilly temps throughout the weekend. Although Rahm did not compete at the 2013 PGA at Oak Hill, he said he has been getting his homework done on the difficult course throughout the week.

Rahm’s tools make him just as equipped as anyone to handle the tough test this weekend will present. The PGA Championship betting trends show many out there are hoping Rahm can stay red-hot and further the case for himself as the best golfer in the entire world.
